Tahuayo River – Peru
The winding waters of the Tahuayo River flow through dense rainforest before joining the great Amazon River in northeastern Peru. The river forms part of the Tamshiyacu-Tahuayo Regional Conservation Area, a protected region known for its remarkable biodiversity.
