Frog Valley – Peru

Hidden within the forests of the Peruvian Amazon, the region known as Frog Valley is famous for its remarkable diversity of amphibians. The humid rainforest environment provides ideal conditions for numerous species of frogs that inhabit the forest floor and surrounding vegetation.

Guided night walks through the jungle reveal brightly colored poison dart frogs and other species that emerge after sunset. The sounds of insects, birds, and amphibians create a vivid nighttime atmosphere within the rainforest.

Frog Valley offers a fascinating glimpse into the smaller but equally extraordinary wildlife that thrives in the Amazon ecosystem.
